Sites 5LP6842, 5L1)6843, and <br />51.P6844 are officially eligible for the Natiorud Regisrer of Historic Places (NRI FP). <br />We reconuncnd that the proposed mining activities avoid these sites. If site avoidance is not possible, <br />we recomtnc rid further can$Ldtition with our office in order ro identify oprions ro avoid, minimise, or <br />mitigate the adverse effect to the situ. <br />Should human remains be discovered during mining activities the requirements under Stare law CRS <br />24-80 part 13 apply and most be followed. <br />Thank you for the oppotmniry to comment.
