• 2.05.3 <br />(3)(b) A description of each existing structure. <br />There are no existing structures within the permit area which the applicant intends to <br />utilize for the mining operation. <br />(3)(c) A description of each road conveyor, or rail system to be constructed or used within the <br />permit area. <br />Conveyors <br />There are twenty-one separate conveyors constructed on the property which are <br />described as follows: <br />1 & 2. Portal Conveyors <br />The portal conveyors are extensions of the conveyor from within the D-Seam and B- <br />Seam. Approximately 140-feet of this 72-inch wide conveyor extends from both <br />portals to the respective portal transfer buildings. <br />3. Gob Belt <br />The gob belt conveys gob from the D-Bench portal transfer building to the temporary <br />gob pile. This 48-inch wide conveyor is approximately 81-feet long. <br />4. Stockpile Convevor <br />The stockpile conveyor transfers coal from the portal transfer tower to the stacking <br />tube and coal stockpile. This 72-inch wide conveyor is approximately 393-feet long. <br />There is a 16 foot by 20 foot by 20 foot high structure located over the stockpile <br />conveyor which suspends a magnet over the stockpile conveyor belt. <br />5. Off-Specification Coal Convevor <br />The off-spec conveyor transfers low quality coal from the top of the stacking tube to <br />the south east edge of the run-of-mine coal pile. This 72-inch wide conveyor is <br />approximately 111-feet long. <br />6. Reclaim Convevor <br />The reclaim conveyor transfers coal from the coal stockpile to the screen and <br />crusher building. This 48-inch wide conveyor is approximately 402-feet long. <br />7. Radial Stacker#1 <br />This radial stacker conveys processed coal from the screen and crusher building to <br />the stoker coal pile. This 36-inch radial stacker is approximately 80-feet long.
