Attached is a copy of Southfield Mine's Technical Revision 35. Southfield is proposing
to add the North Dewatering Well as a monitoring point and make several changes in the
hydrological monitoring plan to reflect the post-mining conditions (i.e. elimination of
sampling at Pond 1 because it has been backfilled and regraded).
The revision was called complete on 11 August 2003 and the adequacy is due on 10
September 2003. I would appreciate your comments no later than 5 September 2003.
