On or around 27 March 2008 Minrec was notified by the Colorado <br />Department of Public Health and Environment, Water Quality Control <br />Division (WQCD) that the North Thompson Creek Mine would need to <br />reapply for a discharge permit for the site. Please update the Division <br />regarding the status of the discharge permit for the North Thompson Creek <br />Mine and provide a copy of the permit if it has been reissued. <br />5. The Division will evaluate and update the cost estimate when a decision <br />regarding SL-06 is proposed. <br />This concludes the preliminary adequacy review for the North Thompson Creek mine's <br />Permit Renewal 05. Please contact me at 303-866-3567 X8145 if you have any <br />questions.
