Since the EPP is required for a DMO permit, there must be sufficient time prior to the decision date for
the Division to fully review and comment on the EPP. The amendment of the permit is the final step
of the process. Please note that amending the 112 permit to a 112d-2 permit requires a $4,025.00 fee.
The Division looks forward to reviewing all the portions of the final version of the EPP, and to the
timely amendment of the Sunday Mine permit to a 112d-2. Please ensure that two copies of all
