Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology has completed review of the application for permit renewal (RN-02) <br />for the Lorencito Canyon Mine, #C-96-084. Based on that review, we have found the application <br />incomplete for the following reasons. <br />1. The application did not include a description of any changes as set forth in the original permit for <br />the permit renewal period. [2.08.5(2)(b)(i)] <br />2 Proof of publication in accordance with the requirements of Rule 2.07.3(2) was not submitted <br />within four weeks of the last publication of the required notice. [2.08.5(2)(b)(ii)] <br />3. The application did not include evidence that a liability insurance policy will be provided for the <br />proposed period of renewal.
