Enclosed <br />2) All mining will be conducted from West to East. Shown on Exhibit C. <br />3) Approximately 12,000 cubic yards (of +/- 27,131 Cubic Yards) of topsoil will be stockpiled in this <br />location. <br />4) Pit will be mined in 3 phases: (Shown on Exhibit C) <br />Phase 1- 2009-2012, approximately 10 acres mined, 120,000 tons of material mined. <br />Phase II- 2013-2016, approximately 10 acres mined, 120,000 tons of material mined. <br />Phase III- 2017-permit expiration, approximately 10 acres mined, 120,000 tons of <br />material mined. <br />Please note that these figures are estimates. The tons of material mined may vary from year to <br />year as needs change. <br />5) See Pre-mine Plan Map showing existing vegetation <br />6) (Shown on Exhibit C) Water will be pumped to existing wetlands after settlement. Storage <br />ponds will be created, as mining operations progress, at shallow points. See de-watering <br />shallow points and flow direction on Mine Plan Map. Storage ponds will be created in <br />previously mined areas. Sediment berms will progress with mining operations (West to East). <br />7) 27,131 cubic yards of topsoil will be salvaged. Topsoil will be used to achieve the 3H:1V slope of <br />the berms surrounding the permit area. The remainder of the topsoil will be used to reclaim <br />overburden and topsoil stockpile areas on the West end of the permit area. It is estimated that <br />the depth of topsoil will be 8 inches in reclamation process.
