Setting Report."
Dear Ms. King,
Division staff have performed preliminary review of the above-named report submitted in December
2008. The Division's geochemist needs more information before he can fully assess the toe seep
characterization. A staff memo detailing the specific areas of concern is enclosed herewith.
The questions raised in the memo do not appear as though a lengthy period would be needed for
responding, since they require explanation and not further analyses. Please provide responses to the
enclosed memo within 30 days from the date of this letter.
