The attached map identifies the <br />locations. Both pits are small, inactive operations and have resulted in ponds. <br />The North R-32 Pit is located approximately one mile north of Olathe, on the west <br />floodplain of the Uncompahgre and east of the railroad track. There is a single <br />pond, shaped like a well-fed maggot, seven acres, and an island. Close-ups of <br />the pond and shoreline are requested. <br />The Olathe Pit is located approximately one mile south of Olathe, on the east <br />floodplain of the Uncompahgre. There are two ponds. The north pond is two <br />acres and boogerish in shape. The south pond is three acres and square. <br />Close-ups are not essential. <br />Enclosure: Map
