The revision application provides updated legal information including <br />surface and mineral ownership and easements, owners and controller information and <br />compliance information for the Seneca Coal Company. In addition, the application <br />contains designs for new permanent stream channels, revised sedimentation modeling <br />and a request for retention of certain facilities as permanent structures that will remain in <br />place following bond release.
