A third copy also addressed to your attention has been sent to the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety (Division) Denver office. <br />A significant portion of TR-37 presents new and updated infortation regarding: <br />Legal information <br />- Names and Addresses of Owners of Record of Surface, Coal, Oil, and Gas Leases, and Easements Within and <br />Adjacent to the Yoast Mine <br />Owner, Officer and Director Information for Peabody Energy, Peabody Investments Corp, Colorado Coal <br />Resources LLC, and Seneca Coal Company - Note that this information is the most up to date but may not <br />match the AVS information due to the fact that they are much slower in getting all changes into the system. <br />Ownership and Control of Lands and Minerals Within and Adjacent to the Yoast Mine <br />- Compliance Information for Seneca Coal Company <br />• Postmine channel designs - additional channels were installed during final reclamation to adequately control runoff <br />in locations other than currently permitted. Attached are the designs/as-builts for these additional channels. <br />• Pond 011 and 012 sediment capacity requirements - the required sediment capacities for Ponds 011 and 012 have <br />been re-run for current conditions to show that cleanout may or may not be required on the current schedule <br />originally calculated by SEDCAD. <br />• Permanent facilities/structures requests - There are a number of roads, ponds, fenced shrub plots, etc. that SCC <br />and/or the landowner would like to retain as permanent features.
