<br />refuse handling, coal hauling and stockpiling. Revision filed 5/23/03 to eliminate Sanborn
<br />Creek Mine beltline, add coal breaker, modify coal haulage parameters, and increase coal
<br />production and handling level to 6.0 mmtpy, issued September 22, 2003.
<br />Permit No. 98GU0833L (Construction Permit), issued March 11, 1999, and expired
<br />December 31, 2001, for land development project for development of the portal and surface
<br />facilities for the Elk Creek Mine, located north of Highway 133, about ten miles northeast of
<br />Paonia, Gunnison County, Colorado and including portal area grading and associated
<br />construction activities.
