The DRMS has the following additional comments regarding the revised <br />information submitted October 23, 2008 by MCM for TR-16. All other items have been <br />resolved. <br />Please note that on December 26, 2008 the DRMS received additional comments from <br />the Colorado Division of Wildlife. Their comments are addressed below in item 52 and <br />the letter is attached for your review. Based on comments from the DOW we have added <br />one additional Item to this adequacy review letter (please see new Item 58 below). <br />6. DRMS requested submittal of an amended Figure 2.2-1, to correct erroneous <br />McClane Creek stream channel locations depicted on the previously submitted <br />version of the figure. A properly amended map figure was provided. Item <br />Resolved. <br />36.
