On behalf of CAM MINING LLC, the following amended
data are provided.
Rule 2.04.9 Soils Resource Information
1. Item Resolved.
Rule 2.05.3(3) Mine Facilities
2. through 5. Items Resolved.
6. DRMS requested submittal of an amended Figure 2.2-1, to include permit
boundary lines and corrected stream channel map layer. On the amended
version of the map, the McClane Canyon permit boundary was properly included,
but the McClane Creek stream channel indicated by the dashed blue line is still
located a considerable distance outside of the topographic channel location
indicated by the contour line crenulations, along segments between the portal
area and East Salt Creek, and along the south fork of the creek, upstream of the
portal area. Please revise the map to correctly depict the stream channel
location.
CAM: McClane creek has been revised and is shown corrected on Figure 2.2-1.
7. through 10. Items Resolved.
