On behalf of CAM MINING LLC, the following amended <br />data are provided. <br />Rule 2.04.9 Solis Resource information <br />1. DRMS: The Division requested an amended map Figure 2.2-2, with soil map <br />unit boundary lines and soil sample locations included. An amended figure with <br />the map unit boundary lines was provided, but sample locations were not <br />included because they "could not be located". <br />We note that approximate locations of Soil Sample sites MC-10, MC-8, MC-3, <br />MCA MCL, MC-2, and MC-11, are described in Section 4.4 of the application <br />narrative. Please include these approximate sample site locations on <br />amended Figure 2.2-2. <br />CAM: MC-10, MC-8, MC-3, MC-4, MCL, MC-2, MC-11 are included on Figure <br />2.2-2. <br />Rule 2.05.3(3) Mine Facilities <br />2. Item Resolved. <br />3. DRMS: The Division requested clarification of narrative on page 2-2 regarding <br />permit area drilling. The requested clarification was not provided; due to the <br />operator's reasoning that clarification was unnecessary. We do not agree.
