Musick, Jason
From: John Weinman Dweinman@hydro-environmentalsolutions.com]
Sent: Wednesday, February 11, 2009 3:21 PM
To: Musick, Jason
Cc: scowman@peabodyenergy.com
Subject: Sage Creek Exploration - BLM Analysis
Attachments: 09-Sage Creek_BLM_License 73016_Modification_DNA.pdf
Jason -
Attached, please find the DNA conducted by BLM on the 6 exploration holes with federal coal covered by License
COC-73016. The six holes are ccu 038, ccu039, ccu043, ccu044, ccu046 and ccu048. As soon as I receive
(maybe later today or tomorrow) the CX analysis for the one hole (ccu047) with leased federal coal (Lease C-
088199) 1 will send it to you. Please issue the NOI acceptance for the state (7) and federal licensed (7) holes.
The remaining hole (ccu04O) which is on land with leased federal coal may or may not be drilled. If Sage Creek
decides to drill this hole it will get a CX analysis from BLM and request an amendment to the NOI. This, hole was
included in the 2009 program reclamation bond.
Thanks
john
--- ------------------------------------------------------
John C.
