Approximately 4.75
acres of new disturbance would occur involving the coal waste disposal site including the
relocation of the soil stockpiles and the replacement of the existing sediment pond with a new
sediment pond.
The USF&WS has previously determined that any water depletions in the Upper Colorado River
System "may affect / likely to adversely affect" the continued existence of the Colorado
pikeminnow, (Ptych7.ocheilus lucius), razorback sucker (Xyrauchen texanus), boneytail Gila
R?.rlart'] on
%1..`-'?u.iii), .ci: humpback Chub (Ella =1p w?.
