b) Please update the 5 year mass balance table on permit page 4-5, and <br />related narrative in Section 4.1.2.5, to correspond with updated PHC <br />projections in amended Appendix N. <br />c) Please update the narrative description of existing and proposed <br />disturbance on the AVF, on permit pages 4-6 and 4-7, of Section 4.1.2.5, to <br />incorporate proposed TR-16 disturbances. Note that the existing narrative <br />indicates (apparently erroneously) that "the existing sediment pond, topsoil <br />stockpile, and proposed riprap storage area" are located on the AVE <br />d) Please update the groundwater monitoring paragraph on permit page 4-7 <br />to reflect the TR-16 monitoring plan changes. <br />e) The essential hydrologic function of the undeveloped alluvial valley floor <br />that has been (and will be) disturbed by mining related facilities, is the <br />capability of area to support flood irrigated agricultural activity. Please <br />include a discussion of the measures that will be taken (e.g. restoration of <br />original ground elevation and slopes; replacement of original topsoil <br />thickness, etc.) to reestablish the essential hydrologic function of the AVF <br />within the permit area. <br />18
