During the meeting the following topics were discussed: <br />• Review of progress on development rock and ore characterization (completed) <br />• Review of groundwater characterization (well installation was completed the week of December 15, <br />2008) <br />• Overview of preliminary results (summary provided below) <br />• Schedule (provided at meeting and enclosed) <br />• EPP Outline (provided during the meeting) <br />• Discussion of process going forward with DMO designation <br />• Sunday Mines weed treatment map was provided to DRMS following the meeting <br />Overview of Preliminary Results: <br />The week of August 18, 2008, the waste rock and ore characterization plan was implemented, as required under <br />the DMO designation and approved by DRMS in an email dated September 25, 2008.
