SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS. This Agreement shall be binding <br />upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their <br />respective successor and assigns. <br />S. ASSIGNMENT. Purchaser may assign its interest hereunder <br />by the giving of reasonable notice of such assignment to Seller. <br />9. AFFECT OF AGRSfiMENT. This Memorandum Agreement ie <br />subject to the terms and proviaiona of the Option Agreement, and <br />shall not be construed ns a change, modification, amendment or <br />enlargement of said Option Agreement. <br />10.
