Topsoil berms were built beyond the edge of the permit boundary in both cases
due to error in laying the permit boundary. In both cases, the berm has been
pulled back within the permit boundary. A professional land surveyors
certification of this is attached. The maps have been updated to reflect this.
2. The acreage list on the maps and in the permit text is accurate for the employee
housing area. However, the housing map within the text was not correct and has
been replaced.
3. The legal description has been updated to include the previously missing
components.
4. The volumes of the topsoil berms reported on pages D-1, D-3, and L-2 have been
corrected to represent actual storage volumes.
5. The 700 cubic yard topsoil pile previously located within the drainage has been
removed. This can be seen on the updated maps.
6. The cost of removal for the jersey barriers, canvas shed, and asphalt pad are now
included in Exhibit L.
7. In order to mitigate potential erosion features from forming on the long slope run
on the south end of the pit, ditches have been designed for placement on the slope
