G. Everist, Inc.'s Fort Lupton Sand and Gravel Mine, <br />M-1999-120. <br />1 just looked at the AR-1 letter, dated 1/31/08, which approved the release of 5 acres from the permit. See a copy <br />attached. <br />Well, the letter states the permitted acreage is now 285 acres. However, 1 believe we had 297 permitted acres, so <br />with the 5 acre release, the permitted acreage should only be reduced tgy92 acres. Here's what I have in my <br />files: The original permit was 85 acres, then we added 212 acres = 297 acres. I think this 5 acre release is the <br />first release, unless I'm missing something. <br />Please let me know.
