Reclamation Liability and Bonding Stunmary
The loadout operations plan reclamation summary table indicates that the
total reclamation liability for the coal loadout operational plan is
$965,741. CDMRS currently holds reclamation bonds in the amount of
$1,084,161. Consequently, the Hayden Gulch Loadout, in its existing and on-
the-ground condition, is over bonded for the coal loadout operational plan.
