Also a proposed railroad <br />corridor appears to be partially located on land owned by Prowers County. It is also our <br />understanding that a revised legal description for the pit is being prepared, The Prowers <br />County Commissioners plan to meet with representatives of GP Ranches, LLC to complete <br />the new legal description. <br />The Commissioners met with GP Ranches, LLC last week, discussions were very positive; <br />however, from the legal side (but not as opposition) we feel we need to file this letter to <br />protect our standing. <br />Please call if you have any questions, <br />Very tru y yours, <br />John S.
