Permit with the Colorado Mined and Reclamation Board
under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for
Extraction of Construction Materi s. The proposed mine is
known as the Meadow Hollow Quarry, and is located
at or near Section 27, Township 4, Range 70, West
Prime Meridian.
The proposed date of commence ant is March 1, 2009,
and the proposed date pf comp) lion is December 31,
2107. The proposed future use f the land is General
Agriculture!
