Two of these ducts are owned by Level 3. The fiber duct <br />follows Weld County Rd 51 on the east side. <br />The pit area will be located on the west side of Weld County Rd 51 and will slope at <br />3 to 1 ratio for 10 to 13 ft. then changes to 2 to 1 ratio for 30 to 45 ft. <br />We assume these ratios are acceptable and in accordance with the slope stability <br />studies that have been completed. <br />MT Consulting has told us that the factor of safety is good or better and they will <br />be sending out an agreement to utility owners stating that if something happens to <br />their facility as a result of mining activities they would be compensated for damages. <br />Tom Jakse <br />Danella Engineering/AT&T <br />720-289-5471 cell <br />303-840-9771 office
