The Division received your letter of objection for the I I2c Construction Materials
Application for the Journey Ventures Pit, File No. M-2008-080. The objection letter was
forwarded to Journey Ventures for their consideration.
The Division considers your letter a formal objection to the Journey Venture Pit 112
Construction Materials Application. Attached is a citizen guide that explains the 112-
objection process. The guide can also be found on the Division's web page at
http://mining.state.co.us. If you wish to withdraw your objection, you may do so in
writing at any time prior to the date that the application will be scheduled before the
Mined Land Reclamation Board (MLRB).
The Division will inform you of the dates for the Pre-Hearing meeting and the Formal
Public Board Hearing under separate cover.
