Enclosed is a review memo from our staff. Please <br />address all of the concerns presented in the attached Preliminary Adequacy Review - Engineering and <br />Geotechnical Memorandum dated 27 January 2009. Please provide substantive responses including <br />amended permit application materials as needed to adequately and fully address each item of concern <br />Items #1-29 in the attached memo.
