Irrevocable Standby Letter of
Credit Number SM212967W for the Del Camino Sand & Gravel Mine, which is owned and
operated by Ready Mixed Concrete Company. The Letter of Credit names the State of
Colorado as beneficiary. In preparing the Letter of Credit, we reproduced the language set
forth on the State of Colorado, Division of Minerals and Geology form entitled, "Irrevocable
Letter of Credit (Third Party)," but in so doing the following information was not included: (a)
the relevant permit number for the operation (which is set forth in this letter above); and (b)
the Colorado county in which the operation is located (again, see above). The Letter of Credit
should have also specified, and this letter now clarifies, that warranty is being provided on
behalf of Ready Mixed Concrete Company, the mine operator. As such, this letter amends the
irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit Number for the Del Camino Sand & Gravel
Mine.
Should you have any questions regarding this amendment please call either me (404-332-5740)
or legal counsel to Ready Mixed Concrete Company, Jeffrey W. Schwarz (303-893-0999).
Be
?' ?'VVV(
Jef B. cCoy
Di c or
Wachovia a ational Association
Vb&- S=AC
6 aye race ?
f0' aye m PX"
did nes"iem
and a siau
