I
Rill and Gully Survey
The Lower Hubbard Creek site, the Bear Creek site, the reclaimed areas of the West Valley fill
coal refuse disposal':area and East Yard coal refuse disposal area and the reclaimed degas wells
sites were inspected for the formation of rills and gullies deeper than nine inches. No such gullies
were encountered requiring follow-up repair and seeding.
Reclamation Man
Due to the very small acreage of total reclamation, and the scattered nature of such reclamation
versus the much larger Permit area, an attempt to present the information on a map would be of
limited utility. The (Division has, within the PAP, a number of maps showing the location of the
particular reclaimed, areas. We have also included with this report the following EXHIBIT 1 -
SUMMARY OF MISTURBANCE/ SEEDED AREAS summarizing the OMLLC disturbance
and reclaimed areas'.
Please contact me at 970-929-5806 if you have questions or need additional information.
Sincerely,
d, kTI-
James A.
