The process was stalled due to funding to finalize the project with Wright
Water Engineers. We have since taken care of the funding issue and have Wright Water
finalizing the well permit paperwork with the Division of Water Resources.
Western Gravel, Inc. has not forgotten the requirements and their commitment to meet
the requirements of the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety. At this point in
time, we are attempting to resolve the water issue by working through the Wright Water
Engineers and the Division of Water Resources. I spoke with Peter Foster of Wright
Water Engineers who estimated the finalization should be complete by the end of
February or shortly before.
Western Gravel would like to thank you for working with us during the past year. If you
have any other concerns, please contact Judy DeVincentis or Shauna Hovey at 970-249-
2431.
Sincerely,
dC
