On behalf of Bear Coal Company, Inc., enclosed is an Air Pollution
Emission Notice for New Sources to obtain a permit for a screening
plant. The screening plant will initially be used at the Bear No.
3 Mine east of Somerset, Colorado.
The screening plant includes three conveyors and an Allis Chalmers,
• Aero-Vibe, 4' X B' vibrating screen. The three conveyors; 1) feed;
2) product; and 3) reject are custom fabricated and therefore are
not part of a "manufactured" screening plant.
The plant will be fed with the use of a
