Particulate emissions from all crushing activities shall be <br />controlled by spray bars, using chemical palliatives if neces- <br />sary, whenever there are visible emissions in excess of ~0°i <br />opacity. <br />2. Particulate matter from roads shall be controlled by frequent <br />watering; chemical palliatives shall be used if water is not <br />sufficient to meet opacity levels. Speeds shall be limited to <br />15 miles per hour on haul roads. <br />3. Conveyors :ill be covered to control dust emissions. <br />• <br />4.
