Pctmit Violations <br />Failure to compl}' with any terms and/or conditions of this permit shall be a violation of this permit. The discharge of <br />any pollutant identified in this permit more (requenily than or at a level in excess of that authori7cd shall constitute a <br />violation of the permit. <br />9. Pronert+• Richts <br />The issuance of this permit does not convey any property or water rights in either real or personal property, or stream <br />flows, or any exclusive privileges, nor does it authorize any injury to private property or any invazion of petsonal rights, <br />nor any infringement of Federal, State or local laws or regulations. <br />10. Seyerability <br />The provisions of this permit are severable. If any provisions of this permit, or the application of any provision of this <br />permit to any circumstance, is held invalid, the application of such provision to other circumstances and the application <br />of the remainder o(this permit shall not be affected. <br />. 11. Fees <br />The permittee is required to submit payment of an annual fee az set forth in the 1983 amendments to the Water Quality <br />Control Act. Section 25-8-502 (1) (b), and Stale Discharge Permit Regulations 5 CCR 1002-2, Section 6.16.0 az <br />amended. Failure to submit [he required fee when due and payable is a violation of the permit and will result in <br />enforcement action pursuant to Section 25-8-601 et. seq., C.R.S. 1973 az amended. <br />14. Duration of Permit <br />The duration of a permit shall be for a fixed term and shall not exceed five (5) years. Filing of a timely and complete <br />application shall cause the expired permit to continue in force to the effective date of the new permit.
