A. DEFINITION OF EFFLUENT L1T11TATIONS
1. Effluent Limitations
Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through January 31, 2001, the permit[ee is
authorized to discharge from outfall OOl -the mine drainage outfall; and outfall 004 -the surface runoff outfall, both to
the North Fork of the Gunnison River.
In accordance w~itlt the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section IO.l.3, and
Regulations for State Discharge Permit System, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted discharge shall not
contain effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified
