AMENDMENT REQUEST <br />In a letter dated July 8, 2008, the permittee has requested full or partial relief from liability for the seepage water in the following order <br />of preference: l) that the seepage water be released from the permit based on its good quality; 2) that WET testing be waived on the <br />seepage water, and that only monthly freld and laboratory analysis be conducted; or 3) that the seepage water be allowed to bypass the. <br />settling pond and be discharged directly to the river.
