Construction and Reconstruction will be preformed under plans and specifications approved,'in «~ritiiig, by the Paonia District Ranger. ` `WORK PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE: Work shall be performed in accordance with the AOP: Work not outlimed in the AOP will be approved by the Paonia District Ranger, in writing, prior to commencement and completed prior to October 151 of each year. The Pao~iia Dish•ict Ranger must app-•ove any changes or additions to the AOP before said use may commence. 2-Z.
