Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has finished its adequacy review of <br />the 2008 Annual Reclamation Report, submitted by the Bear Coal Company for the Bear No. 3 <br />Mine. The report is dated January 7, 2009 and was received at the Division on January 9, 2009. <br />The report was complete and met all of the requirements of Rule 2.04.13.
