The EIN for Terror Creek LLC on PAP page 2.03-5 has been corrected and the <br />page included herein. <br />Item #2. The EIN for Oxbow Mining, LLC on PAP page 2.03-8 has been corrected and the <br />page included herein. <br />Item # 3. A copy of information showing that TCLLC is registered with the State of <br />Colorado is attached for the Division's information. <br />Item #4 Edwin L. Merwin was previously listed as an officer, but now has an End Date of <br />June 8, 2007. Please see the attached March 28, 2008 Assistant Secretary's Certificate for <br />OCMLLC for the end date information. The PAP page 2.03-6 has been modified to include this <br />change. <br />Item #5 As noted on the October 21, 2008 certification Paul S. Fritzler has an End Date of <br />May 5, 2008 and should not be listed as an officer. Paul Fritzler has been removed from the <br />attached PAP page 2.03-6. <br />Item #6 Tony Grimes has been added to the list on PAP page 2.03-6. <br />Item #7 Zachary Shipley has been added to the list as a Treasurer on page 2.03-6. <br />Additional Item(s) <br />0 Page 1
