In this quarter, no discharges were observed at
Points 005, 009, 011, 013 and 014.
Vehicle access to Point 017 was closed starting in November due to snow
and/or mud. Monthly visits were performed by snowshoe.
A new series of DMRs, the WY.. series, was included by Division for
this quarter. The explanation comments included on these DMRs was
confusing, so I asked for further clarification. An email sent by
Kelly Morgan of the WQCD explaned what needed to be done. This email is
attached to this cover letter. Since dischargers are being asked to
fill out DMRs for discharge numbers (ie, the WY... series) that are NOT
in their NPDES permits, I-am requesting that the Division send out a
letter to all relevant discharges as to why these new DMRs are needed.
The one failure reported in this set of WY.. DMRs was initially
reported in the third quarter DMRs in a cover letter dated October 21,
2008. That letter is attached.
No excursions of effluent limits occurred this quarter.
