We also find maximum economic recovery of the federal coal within federal <br />leases C-1362 and COC67232 would be achieved. <br />These determinations cover the entire leases encompassed in PR14 of permit C-80-007 <br />which involve a plan for drilling methane drainage wells to serve longwall panels E2 <br />through E12.
