Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On November 20, 2008, the Division found your request for reduction of acreage (AR-01) for the <br />Mott Gravel Pit complete for the purposes of filing. Pursuant to Rule 4.17.2(2), the Division is <br />required to conduct an inspection of the site, weather permitting, within 60 days of filing the <br />release request to verify completion of reclamation. <br />Unfortunately, the Division has not been able to inspect the site due to winter storms and snow <br />cover.
