However, we understand that the DMG will not <br />release the full amount of the bond until the site's vegetation has been established. <br />The amount of the existing financial warranty associated with the permit is <br />$2,974,683. With this letter, we are requesting a refund in the amount of <br />$2,865,829. <br />We previously sent you a letter from Division One of the Office of the State Engineer <br />of Colorado, dated September 7, 2007, approving the lining of the pond; along with <br />the Bayshore Ponds Quality Assurance Summary Report, prepared by Terracon <br />Consultants, Inc., dated April 16, 2007, and quality control data from Geo- <br />Con/Environmental Barrier Company, LLC. <br />Q:\Meurer\Project 3000's Documents\381 1 \381 1 -DMG Permit\DMG Corresp\3811 DMG let bond release 2.doc
