With this letter, we are requesting a full refund of that amount. <br />Enclosed with this letter are: <br />1. A letter from Water Division One of the Office of the State Engineer of <br />Colorado, dated September 7, 2007, approving the lining of the pond. <br />2. Bond Calculation Worksheet <br />3. Bayshore Ponds Slurry Wall Quality Assurance Summary Report, prepared by <br />Terracon Consultants, Inc., dated April 16, 2007. <br />4.
