Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Paonia, Colorado 81428 Natural Resource Trustee <br />RE: Bowie No. 2 Mine, Permit No. C-96-083, Bowie Resources LLC <br />Technical Revision No. 57, Mine Water Discharge into Somerset Mine, Oxbow Approval Letter <br />Dear Mr. Bear: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received a letter from Oxbow Mining LLC that <br />gives approval for the discharge of mine water from the Bowie No. 2 mine workings to the abandoned US <br />Steel Somerset Mine B-seam workings. The letter is dated May 27, 2008 and was received at the Division <br />before TR-57 was submitted to the Division. It would appear that this letter should be included in TR-57 and <br />be filed in the permit application package should TR-57 be approved.
