Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has been informed that Bear Coal <br />Company's financial relationship with the Terror Creek Loadout has changed. The Division <br />received Minor Revision No. 25 from Oxbow Mining LLC for the Terror Creek Loadout in <br />which it was stated that the Bear Coal Company had assigned its 12 percent ownership of the <br />Terror Creek Loadout to Terror Creek LLC. <br />If this new information is correct, please submit a minor revision to update the ownership and <br />control information found in Section 2.03.4(3)(d) and 2.03.4(4)(a-b) on page 2.03.9 of the permit <br />application package. <br />If you have any questions, please let me know. <br />Sincerely, <br />H. oseph J. das,DL4 <br />h <br />Environmental Protection Specialist <br />cc: Jim Stover (J.E.
