Box 580 <br />Rye, CO 81069 <br />Re: Debeque Gravel Pit Permit No.M-1981-0S , ConaPletenessfTechnical Revision No. 3 application, TR-03. <br />Dear Mr. Baxter, <br />On January 14, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received Kirkland Construction, LLLP Technical <br />Revision package for a 112 Reclamation Permit for the Debeque Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-1981-058. The purpose of the <br />technical revision is to revise the mine plan phasing and to incorporate an increase of the total disturbed acreage 10.8 <br />acres to 23 acres, increase exposed groundwater surface area from 3.6 acres to 11.6 acres and to relocate the crusher <br />and stockpile area to the southeast portion of the permit area. As of January 14, 2009 the application has met the <br />requirements of completeness for staff review.
