The Division reviewed and sent an adequacy letter <br />to TCC on January 16, 2009. TCC anticipates additional time necessary to respond to the Division's <br />concerns, and is requesting the proposed decision date for RN5 be extended to March 20, 2009.The Division <br />is in agreement with this request.
