MANAGEMENT <br />The DRMS' letter dated October 18, 2007 transmitted its adequacy review for the <br />referenced permit renewal. On behalf of Bowie Resources LLC, following are its <br />responses to the DRMS' comments and concerns. <br />1. Ownership and control information is up to date. The owners of record of the <br />coal, surface and adjacent areas, were updated by MR-118 which was <br />approved on July 12, 2007. <br />2. Section 2.03.5, Compliance Information, is up to date. <br />I'S <br />3. Under 2.03.6 pages and 21 were revised. The decision date the BLM <br />approved the federal coal lease transfers was added to page 15. Item 9 on <br />page 21 was amended to note the right-of-way was assigned to Delta <br />Montrose Electric Association (DMEA). Under 2.03.10, pages 29 and 33 <br />were amended. Page 29 was revised to note the right-of-way under item 6 <br />was assigned to DMEA. Page 33 was amended to note the discharge and <br />stormwater permits have been administratively extended. <br />4. A T & E Study has been commissioned and it should be complete by the end <br />of November. <br />5. No response required. <br />6. The reclamation progress was updated on pages 60, 60-a, 60-b & 60-c.
