Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety renewed Mining Permit No. C-1981-038 for <br />the Bowie No. 1 Mine on May 12, 2008, allowing coal mining and reclamation operations to continue <br />under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The permit was <br />issued to Bowie Resources, LLC, P.O.
